Rush County Historian Eleanor Arnold was presented the Rush County Chamber of Commerce's Citizen of the Year award at a Chamber sponsored luncheon held Wednesday at Miller's Family Restaurant.
Eleanor has helped to preserve Rush County history in a variety of ways and has helped edit and publish "Memories of Hoosier Homemakers."
