Dick Allen received the Citizen of the Year award. The annual meeting was held at the Wilkinson Building. Mike Woods provided music, Al Hodge was Master of Ceremonies. Plaques in recognition of participation in local renovation projects were handed out to several businesses. The Citizen of the Year was presented to Dick Allen by Frank Gorham.
