Local attorney Rick Levi was named Citizen of the Year by lifelong friend Tom Moster. Moster noted the contributions Levi has made to the community over the past several years, making special mention of the belief of many that by setting a good example, the impact on others' lives will hold a deeper meaning and add strength to a community. "He's a great example to us all," Moster noted.
Clearly humbled by the award, Levi walked to the podium amid a thunderous standing ovation. "When I look around and I see the people here, it makes me very proud to be here in Rushville," Levi said.
