The Rush County Chamber of Commerce selected Dr. Steve Sickbert as this year?s ?Outstanding Citizen of the Year.? Sickbert humbly accepted the award on behalf of the Association for Retarded Citizens, a group to whom Sickbert has dedicated a great deal of time and effort, in assisting mentally challenged citizens to receive adequate education, training and care. Sickbert also is deeply involved in activities and programs at Rush County Schools and the Boys and Girls Club of Rush County.
