How Can YOU Help the Rushville Public Library?
"It is not so much our friends' help that helps us, as the confidence of their help."
— Epicurus
1. Visit the library and use our resources!
Come in and use our resources.
Check out a book or movie.
If you don't reside in Rush County, send us a note via email or US mail.
Visit us next time you come through central Indiana.
It's just really reassuring to us that people care about the Rushville Public Library.
2. Let friends, relatives, and neighbors know about us!
Spread the word about the library and what we have to offer.
Let others know what you can find and do at the Rushville Public Library!
3. Join the Friends of the Library!
The Friends have reorganized and now meet on the 4th Saturday of each month at 10 AM.
Attend a meeting and join!
Become involved and help the library.
The next meeting is January 23, 2010, at 10 AM in the meeting room.
4. Volunteer!
If you have an hour to spare during a week or a month, we would love to have you help us by volunteering.
Fill out a volunteer application (at the front desk) so we can determine
what volunteer activity would best suit you!
5. Donate to improve the library!
We are accepting donations to improve the library facility.
There are many things that need to be fixed inside and outside.
Donate to our building fund (or any aspect of the library).
No amount is too small.
