Jan Garrison conducts the weekly Toddler Story Times at the Rushville Public Library. Toddler Story Time is for children under 3 1/2 years and an older "partner" like a mom, dad, grandparent, or babysitter. This 20-30 minute story time consists of stories, activities, treats and an occasional craft.
The first 5-week session of Toddler Story Time starts this fall on Thursday, September 17. Parents may choose the 10 AM or 1 PM time. Registration is required.
Dates for Fall Toddler Story Time are September 17 & 24 and October 1, 8, & 15.

Pam Vogel is the Rushville Public Library's Children's Services Librarian. She conducts the Preschool Story Times which meet at the same time as the Toddler Story Times. Preschool Story Time is for boys and girls ages 3 1/2 to 6 who are ready to be independent from a parent, grandparent or babysitter. Children not only hear great stories and enjoy activities and crafts, but also learn about interacting with other boys and girls. Sometimes a special visitor like a policeman or eye doctor comes to tell children about what they do!
