Sue Prifogle Otte has been the Director of the Rushville Public Library since the summer of 1989.
She is a graduate of Indiana University (BA, History) and of Ball State University (MLS).

Rhonda Albrecht is a 25+ year staff member of the Rushville Public Library.
She is our library's bookkeeper.
